General Information
When the client rent one of our equipment or products, he must sign a responsibility term, as well as leave a deposit or similar, otherwise he will not be able to contract the rental services without these requirements.
The client should read all the term document carefully and in detail.
Bicycles must be collected and delivered to our Welcome Points in Tondela or Viseu, always under appointment and availability confirmation.
The customer is entirely responsible for his physical integrity and for the product / equipment subject to the rental. The rental agreement does not include coverage for theft, loss or personal accident / other accidents insurance.In any of these cases, all damages and losses caused, will be client responsibility.
